Experience:

    • Minimum 6 Months
    • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
    • Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
    • A basic understanding of Financial reports (Balance sheet, ITR, etc.)
    • Proficiency in MS Office

Job Description: Contact businesses (cold, warm and hot calling) by telephone in order to promote, generate leads and sell financial services. Explain various products offered, generate meeting calls for sales / BD, follow up calls. Attend relevant events for lead generation.

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Contact businesses by telephone to promote services (business loans) and related services
    • Understand client’s requirement, assess the same and handle client queries
    • Obtain and record client details including reaction to the service offered
    • Input client details and transaction details into the system
    • Obtain contact details of potential clients from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists
    • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
    • Conduct customer and marketing surveys
    • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
    • Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction
